How It Works
Step One
At Tried & True - Nannies & Sitters, every prospective nanny goes through an in-depth interview process. a comprehensive background check is completed prior to acceptance. candidates must be 21 years or older and possess at least three years of professional nanny experience.
Step Three
ONce accepted, each nanny officially joins the Tried and True - Nannies & Sitters network. Ongoing support, professional development opportunities, and refreshed training are provided to ensure every caregiver remains confident, current, and aligned with the high standards Middle Tennessee families expect.
Step Two
tried and true - nannies & sitters requires multiple verified professional references for every nanny candidate. all certifications and credentials are carefully reviewed and authenticated prior to acceptance, including CPR/First Aide. We maintain strict standards to ensure professionalism, reliability, and safety.
Step Four
We thoughtfully match each nanny with families based on experience, availability, personality, and values. our placement process is intentional and relationship-focused, ensuring a seamless fit that supports long-term success for both the family and the caregiver.
