We offer a 30-day warranty period for Part Time Nanny Placement and a 60-day warranty period for Full Time Nanny Placement. We will place one other nanny with your family free of charge within this time frame if you are not thrilled with the nanny you hire.
hello! my name is Kami Hubbard, and I am the ceo and founder of tried and true - nannies & sitters. I have been in professional childcare for over 15 years, and working with children truly is my lifelong passion. Over the years, I've cared for newborns through age 12, including multiples, blind children, and children with disabilities.
I first got into childcare because I have always had a heart for kids. as a child, I struggled in the foster care system. making friends was difficult, and I didn't always have someone in my circle I could fully trust to help me grow and develop. that experience shaped my mission-- to create safe, supportive environments where children feel seen, valued, and cared for.
my background in pediatric healthcare, childcare, and early childhood education gave me a well-rounded perspective on what families truly need. after more than 15 years as a nanny, I realized I had developed a strong instinct for recognizing not just qualifications, but the personality and values that make a placement truly work. That's what led me to start my own agency.
