Qualifications for Nannies at Tried and True Nannies & Sitters

 

To maintain the high standards our families expect, all nanny applicants must meet the following qualifications:

 

• 21 years of age or older

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable, professional, paid nanny experience (babysitting alone does not qualify)

• Professional childcare references from paid positions

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of active auto insurance

• High school diploma (college degree preferred)

• Valid passport if international travel may be required

• Bringing your child/children to work is not permitted
