their ideal nanny will be gentle yet confident, emotionally intuitive, and proactive in maintaining routines for the older children while providing loving care for the new baby. this family values someone who can create a calm and structured environment while offering both professionalism and heartfelt care.

household tasks include:

caring for the children with love and consistency, supporting the girls with school routines, driving them to and from the bus stop, and ensuring a smooth transition to and from mothers day out for the baby. light household duties related to the children such laundry, bottle prep, meal and snack preparation, and tidying up play areas are expected.

start date, hours, and benefits:

c-section coverage: November 25, 26, 28, and 29 (off for thanksgiving), with a short trial day scheduled a few days prior.

maternity leave coverage: November 30-january 12, 2026. three days per week with around the clock care. The nanny would stay at the family home these days.

ongoing position (after maternity leave): beginning January 12, 2026

Mondays & Wednesdays- walk girls to bus stop at 8:15Am, take baby boy to mothers day out by 9:00am, pick him up at 2:00pm, retrieve girls from bus stop at 4:15pm, and remain with children until 6:00pm.

Tuesdays- care for baby boy from 8:00am-6:00pm

compensation: $30 per hour, paid weekly. benefits include guaranteed pay, paid time off, paid sick days, paid federal paid holidays, and gas reimbursement for driving the children.

the ideal candidate will have strong infant and school-age experience, a reliable vehicle, CPR/first aide certification, excellent communication skills, and a genuine heart for supporting a family who has faced tremendous loss.
